| Linen: | Prices include bedlinen – £20 reduction if you bring your own Guests are asked to bring their own. |
| Personal towels: | 3 small hand towels & tea towels will be provided for guests during their stay. |
| Cot + High chair | No charge for provision of these but guests to provide cot bedding |
| Booking: | A deposit of £150 is due on booking with the balance falling due 4 weeks before arrival. Payment of deposit & balance is by cheque or bank transfer. Details provided on booking. |
| Occupancy: | Max. of 6 (plus a baby) |
| Cancellation: | Should you cancel your booking after one or two payments have been made this will be refunded if booking is reallocated to another customer. Where this is not possible the payments will be non-refundable. |
