The table below will let you check on the availability of our holiday home. We make every effort to keep it up to date but please treat it as a guide and confirm availability with us as soon as possible.

| Linen: | Prices do not include linen. Bed linen is available charged at £20 per week / short stay. House towels are provided free of charge |
| Booking: | A deposit of £80 is due on booking with the balance falling due 4 weeks before arrival. |
| Occupancy: | Max of 5 (the 5th being a child) |
| Cancellation: | The deposit (£80) is NOT returnable. The balance, as indicated, is due 4 weeks before arrival. If, when the balance is due, we have not been able to re-let the property then the balance will require to be paid. Guests may wish to consider taking out their own cancellation insurance. In all circumstances where you find it necessary to cancel your holiday, please let me know as quickly as possible. |
